优点，交费灵活，暂时不交，保障也不会很快中断，出险早的话，成本比较低。
缺点，通常保障额度不会设计很高，因为所有保障都是消费型，每月扣费，扣费额度随着年龄增长不断增加，五六十岁开始，费率会很高，万能账户中的钱扣完了，保障终止。所以年龄大了，很容易导致没了保障也没了理财。
