蚕卵孵化过程如下：
1、胚子发育到后期，发现有少量蚕卵呈青色小点时，立即用黑布遮暗蚕种。
2、经过40小时左右，即第三天黎明前4-5小时，除去遮暗黑布，把蚕种用白纸包好卵面向上。
3、开灯感光，让蚁蚕咬破卵壳孵化出来。
需要注意的是，在孵化过程中需要保持适宜的温度和湿度以及空气流通。
