What does Seikichi mean?

Seikichi refers to non-Japanese people who are extreme admirers of Japanese militarism and hate their own people, and who mentally regard themselves as militaristic Japanese. It is manifested in such behaviors as obsessing over the uniforms of the Japanese army in World War II, taking photos at the sites of Japanese aggression, and denigrating anti-Japanese heroes. These people are mainly found in China and South Korea, and are mainly young people from the lower intellectual class, also known as "Japanese".
