反恐怖主义法于2016年1月1日起实施。《中华人民共和国反恐怖主义法》是为了防范和惩治恐怖活动，加强反恐怖主义工作，维护国家安全、公共安全和人民生命财产安全，根据宪法制定的。由中华人民共和国主席于2015年12月27日发布，2016年1月1日起施行。
